Are you a lawyer?
We are a qualified legal consultant with a law degree (LLB), not a practising attorney. If a matter needs to go to court, we work with an admitted attorney who conducts the case.
How much will my application cost?
We send you a written quote after the consultation, once we know what your case involves. Government and VFS Global fees are separate and paid at cost.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one can guarantee approval, because Home Affairs makes the decision. Our job is to make sure your application is complete and correct, which gives you the best chance.
My application was rejected. What can I do?
You can appeal to Home Affairs, but the time limits are short. Book a consultation as soon as you receive the rejection letter.
Can I change my visa without leaving South Africa?
Many visa holders can apply for a change of status from inside South Africa, but not all. We check your situation in the consultation.
My child was born in South Africa. Are they a citizen?
Not automatically, unless a parent is a South African citizen. Children of foreign parents need their birth registered and their own visa. Some may qualify for citizenship later. We can guide you through each step.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Consultations are virtual. You may still need to attend VFS Global in person for biometrics when your application is submitted.
